ImbaHub Affiliate Program – Operating Agreement

This Operating Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation in the ImbaHub Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the terms below.1. Enrollment in the Program
1.1. To join the Program, you must complete the ImbaHub affiliate registration form. 1.2. ImbaHub reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion. 1.3. Your participation becomes active once your affiliate account is created and enabled within our Affiliate Management System.2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
2.1. To sign up and participate as an ImbaHub Affiliate, you must be 16 years of age or older. 2.2. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the age requirement. 2.3. ImbaHub reserves the right to request proof of age/identity where necessary (including during KYC verification).3. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an ImbaHub Affiliate, you agree to: 3.1. Promote the Practical Short Course in Business Registration & Compliance and other eligible ImbaHub programs using your unique tracking link. 3.2. Market ethically, honestly, and transparently. 3.3. Avoid misleading claims, false promises, or misrepresentations about ImbaHub, its courses, fees, outcomes, or certification. 3.4. Comply with applicable Zimbabwean laws and regulations relating to digital marketing, advertising, privacy, and consumer protection.4. Eligible Referrals
A referral is counted only when all the following occur: 4.1. A visitor clicks your unique affiliate tracking link. 4.2. The visitor signs up and pays the mandatory non-refundable USD $15 registration fee, using the same device/session/cookie tracked by our Affiliate Management System. 4.3. The order/payment is successfully completed. 4.4. Only registrations tied to the mandatory USD $15 Registration Fee are eligible for commission, unless ImbaHub explicitly adds other eligible products/programs in writing.5. Commission Structure
5.1. Affiliates earn USD $5 per successful referred registrant/sign-up. 5.2. Commission is paid once per referred user for the eligible registration fee only.6. Commission Approval, Payouts, Charges & KYC
6.1. Commission Recording & Status- Commissions are recorded upon successful payment by the referred student.
- Commissions may be marked Pending for review and verification.
- Commissions become eligible for payout after 7 days, subject to approval.
- Local (Zimbabwe): Minimum payout threshold is USD $5.
- Diaspora (outside Zimbabwe): Minimum payout threshold is USD $50.
- EcoCash
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal
- Other local or international methods supported by ImbaHub
- Taxes & statutory deductions: Where applicable, taxes and statutory deductions may apply in line with relevant laws and regulations.
- Bank / payment processing fees: Bank charges and payment processing fees may apply and may be deducted from the payout amount or charged separately (depending on the payout channel).
- Government / regulatory charges: Any mandatory charges imposed by government departments, regulators, or compliance requirements (including but not limited to IMM and any other applicable authorities) may apply.
- To protect the Program from fraud and to comply with banking and regulatory requirements, ImbaHub may require affiliates to complete KYC verification before payouts are processed.
- KYC may include requesting additional documentation (e.g., proof of identity, proof of address, payout account verification, proof of age, or other reasonable verification).
- ImbaHub reserves the right to request further documents as needed and may update KYC requirements over time.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not: 7.1. Use misleading advertising (false claims, unrealistic promises, deceptive earnings/outcome claims). 7.2. Use unauthorised discount codes or promotions not issued by ImbaHub. 7.3. Bid on ImbaHub-branded keywords or misrepresent themselves as ImbaHub staff/official support. 7.4. Create fake accounts, self-refer, or attempt to generate commissions through fraud. 7.5. Use spam messaging, unsolicited bulk communication, or automated bots to drive sign-ups. 7.6. Copy or republish ImbaHub website/course content without permission. 7.7. Any violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions linked to prohibited conduct.8. Termination
8.1. ImbaHub may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time if:- You violate this Agreement,
- You misuse affiliate links,
- You commit fraud or attempted fraud, or
- You harm or risk harming ImbaHub’s reputation.
